I think that grumpiness is just standard operating procedure while changing your diet. At least, I hope so cause I am a total mess! Totally irritable and annoying. I know it goes away, but man oh man. blech!
When I get grumpy I am letting myself eat something rather than nothing at all. I'll grab an apple or some cucumber or something else better than those stinkin' hershey kisses sitting in my cuboard (that's a whole 'nother post, for another day)
The good news!!
Weight loss: 8 pounds!!
Activity: Walking whenever I can. I also stood and went on my "toes" for 20 minutes during a basketball game. I looked like a dork going up and down, but at least I did something.
